At the start of their shift, every driver signs in to their car or scooter. When a fine arrives, you pick the vehicle, the date and the time, and you see who was signed in.

What can Levrio’s driver app do?

Your driver sees their trip with the stops in the right order and navigates in the app, with voice directions and alerts for speed cameras and average speed checks. They call the customer with one tap and confirm the delivery with the ‘Delivered’ button. For each address they see whether the order has been paid online or how much to collect. Prefer Google Maps or Waze? That works too.

Can I see where my drivers are in real time?

Yes. On the Dispatch screen you see every driver live on the map, when they reach the customer and what time they’ll be back at the restaurant. When a driver is almost back, Levrio says so out loud.

Can I combine several orders in one trip?

Yes. Levrio puts the trips together itself (Trip A, Trip B), in the best driving order. You click a driver to send the trip to them.

Can my customer see where their order is?

Yes. Your customer follows their driver live, with messages like ‘You are next’ or ‘2 more stops, then you’ and the expected time. That saves you phone calls.

How does the Vehicles page work?

Every driver signs in to their car or scooter at the start of their shift. When a fine comes in, you pick the vehicle, the date and the time and see who was driving. You also keep track of the mileage and the vehicle inspection date there, and you can print the logbook as a PDF.

Can I set delivery zones and delivery fees per town?

Yes. Per postcode or town you set a minimum order, a delivery fee (0 = free delivery) and extra minutes. When it gets too busy, the Emergency Stop lets you add extra minutes to delivery or close online ordering for a while.

How do I count my drivers’ cash?

Every driver sets off with a float. Levrio adds the cash they collected on the way and shows what should be in their bag. When you cash up at the end, you see straight away whether it adds up, or whether there is too much or too little.
